Nuremberg Files
In 1946, at Nuremberg, a promise was made: that never again would power exempt itself from accountability. The Nuremberg Files is DiploPolis's ongoing investigation into what became of that promise — who built the architecture to hollow it out, which states benefit from the exemptions, and what the gap costs the people left outside its protection. It follows the promise wherever it has been broken — from The Hague to Washington, from Gaza to the Global South, from 1946 to the present day.
